How to Access Your Mobile Tickets
Mobile tickets will be available from Etix three days before the concert date.
- Open the email from ETIX on your phone
- Tap "View tickets"
- Take a screenshot of the tickets, or click "Add to wallet"
Your mobile tickets will be available 3 days before the concert. Cell and wifi at the venue may be unreliable; be sure to save your tickets to your cell phone via screenshot or wallet prior to arriving at the venue. If you can’t access your tickets on the event day, visit the box office outside the main gates.
Grand Lodge Concerts are run by 3rd parties, artists & promoters - not McMenamins.
Please note: For Grand Lodge Concerts in the Grove shows, the service fees apply whether you purchase your tickets online or in person at one of our box offices. Therefore, save yourself the time and effort by purchasing tickets online!

If you’ve misplaced your confirmation email, you can use our automated system to resend it. Enter the email address and last 4 digits of the card used to purchase tickets here.
Do kids get in free?
Guests of all ages are welcome to attend these shows. Concert goers 3 years and older require a ticket.
The show is sold out! Should I consider a ticket reseller?
BE CAREFUL- many resellers are scalpers and scammers. We can only GUARANTEE admission if the ticket was purchased directly from ETIX/CASCADE. Although we do not endorse any resellers we advise you to make sure the company is legit, that they have a real customer service department and strongly advise against any type of peer to peer ticket purchases.
Refunds for Canceled Concerts: Online ticket purchases will be refunded automatically within 30 days and no further action is required. For in-person and phone purchases, please contact your point of purchase.
- Passporter tickets are automatically reinstated in the Portal.
